- For a 10% Referral Fee:
- If you are up-charging and collecting the funds:
- On the Review & Reserve screen:
- Under the "Additional Trip Info" section select "Edit" - a pop up window will be shown, allowing you to enter the primary passenger's point of contact information, input luggage options, and add any additional trip notes you'd like to share with the Driver, such as needing a car or booster seat.
- Please confirm gratuity method or charge
- Under Booking Contact, list yourself and contact information.
- Under Payment Information: Use your company card information.
The Price Overview is the rate being paid to Luxury Rides, LLC. The Referral fee amount will be 10% of the Base Rate for that trip. Luxury Rides is not responsible for the collection or payment of any up-charges you wish to charge the client for engaging our services.

2) For a 5% Referral Fee:
If you would rather Luxury Rides, LLC engage and make final ground transportation arrangements with the client:
- Please email the client's Name, Email, and Phone number to concierge@luxridesco.com.
- We'll take it from there and notify you when the client confirms and completes their reservation.
3) Referral fees are processed weekly after the trips have been completed.
Luxury Rides, LLC will need your CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or Banking ACH information in order to send payment.
