What goes into a

Rate Card?

At Luxury Rides, LLC  we aim to provide the best possible concierge experience for our clients booking private chauffeur services. We understand that our clients have different needs and preferences, which is why we offer customized packages to fit individual requirements. Here is a comprehensive guide to our rates and charges to give you a better idea of how we calculate our prices.

Factors Considered in Creating

a Rate Card

Base Rate: Generally speaking, we feel that our hourly base rate is a fair market rate, however, there are times and events where our network of operators command a higher fair. We wont know what that will be until we have confirmed a driver in that market .... that being said, if the rate change is higher than the cost of living index, we will contact you directly before securing those arrangements.

Cost of Living Index: In order to maintain fairness to our drivers compensation, we make a base rate fair adjustment using the current federal cost of living index for transportation based on the originating state of the pick-up location.

Vehicle Type: The type of vehicle a client chooses impacts their service rates. We offer a range of luxury vehicles such as sedans, SUVs, and limousines, each with its own pricing based on size, comfort and features.

Distance: Distance is a key factor in determining the rate for chauffeur services. The farther the distance, the higher the rates. We charge per mile for services with varying fees for different car types.

Travel Time: Travel time includes the time it takes to get to the pickup point from our office location and the time spent on the journey to the destination. Travel time is charged based on an hourly rate, minimum of 30 minutes for all sedan and SUV services. Larger vehicles are billed based on an hourly basis with a minimum charge of no less than 4 hours, unless specifically stated otherwise by the dispatcher.

Level of Service: Our clients receive different levels of service based on their individual requirements such as car seats, meet and greet, VIP service, and protocol service, private FSBO fees, which also affects rates.

Time of Day and Week: Our service rates vary based on the time of day and week. Peak periods, weekends and holidays may attract a higher rate.

Seasonal Geographical Location: There are times in a year where the driving in certain markets, such as the Rocky Mountains during the winter time, require a substantially experienced driver, specific vehicle requirements as required by law, and generally face dramatic uncertainties with regards to weather, time, road closures, and the like. Under those conditions, a zone rate structure is utilized and is based on driver / operator feedback. 

Additional Charges or Fees: Any additional charges or fees, including taxes, tolls, parking fees, and mandatory gratuity, is added to the final billing.

Discounts and Special Packages

We offer various discounts and special packages for our clients to enjoy personalized and affordable transportation services.

• VIP clients who enter a formal contract with Luxury Rides and enjoy up to a 30% discount on all rides based on their level of investment in our ground transportation services.
• Book a round trip, get a 10% discount as well off the entire request.
• Military, 1st Responders, and Senior Citizens (65+) enjoy a 5% discount.
• We will do our best to identify operators that fit a client’s specific budget and needs. If you know your trip agenda, we can preschedule all of your transportation needs and offer multi-booking discounts as well.
